This pilot group has put up with a lot of abuse from this company, I can see why many are jaded as there is a lack of trust here that can only be fixed with a culture change that starts at the very top. Maybe things will change under the new leadership on June 1st. This pilot group simply wants industry standard, there is no argument to do anything less. But I think we should take AR at his word it will probably not be very quick as no contract has ever been signed without the assistance of NMB which puts us fairly far down the road. If NMB is not involved that would be a first.
