The survey contradicts a pay rate only contract. The majority of us resoundingly want an industry leading contract. That includes robust language from beginning to end. AR is complying with this data from the pilot group. Means we won’t get one in the near future. Maybe lobby for another survey? Maybe the pilot group as a majority will say screw reserve rules, the hell with industry min days off, industry scheduling practices, industry reserve call out, etc...

Unless and until that happens, AR is complying with the wishes of the pilot group via the survey. Begrudging the wealth of AR is fodder for contesting his elected position. It’s an elected position. Don’t vote for him when his tenure is up.
