SWA pilots can drop to 0 too in the trade board. You know what else hasn't been possible since 2015? Having nothing on your schedule as a SWA pilot since 2015. NK can drop to 0 WITHOUT the trade board. And my wife makes more as a SWA FO than you make at JB.
She also has the potential to make more than a captain at NK or F9.... B6 has the most potential to level the playing field.
