there’s no red or green on our trade board. If there’s a pilot willing to take or trade your trip and thier legal the company has zero input. We can also split trips but I’m not a huge fan of that because it kills rig. Are you saying your trade board is also grid dependent? That’s kind of dumb if that’s the case because why should the company care if someone else is willing to cover your trip if thier legal?
