New applicant here -- I just received the invite to take the personality/cognitive assessment. Anything noteworthy I should be aware of? Assume I'll have to make impossible judgments on scenarios such as: "do you enjoy kicking puppies or taking candy from babies more?"

Anyway, if there's any suggestions on how to approach this or how to prep, I'll take anything you have. If I do ok on the assessment, how soon afterwards should I expect a call or feedback?
