No dog in this fight and I haven’t flown either jet, and Good point by 3Green, but wouldn’t the CJ3 be a better type to have as they are still being built, have much better avionics, and therefore more will be around for corporate/Part 91 sided gigs? That being said, I always thought that the BeechJet was cool looking. I believe that the longevity of value of a CJ3 type rating will exceed the BE400 type rating.. IMHO.
