DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON RST!!! I interviewed last month and HR said no one has failed the COG portion since they swapped to online. 3 have failed the personality portion. The COG section is legitimately a check for brain damage. They swapped to the online/remote COG to get rid of the “pay to play” that RST was controlling.
I wouldn’t consider being as prepared as possible for a multimillion dollar career opportunity to be wasting money, but to each their own. I sure would’ve regretted not spending a few dollars to know what I’m dealing with had I screwed it up though…
