But we don't really have new hire hotels yet. The company is temporarily providing them. Cool. I want it in the PWA because, just maybe, we'll stay drunk off of unlimited advancement and 6 month Captains and the so called "pilot shortage" white whale forever, and maybe we won't. This needs to be in the PWA as does getting rid of "training pay" and, as we are both advocating for, the B-scale reminiscent "first year pay." In fact, that item has to be in the PWA and can't happen otherwise.
