Post away Bandit. Not only is it your right to express your opinion I think it is your obligation. Particularly since you expressed yourself in a professional manner. Where are we as a union (and as a pilot for that matter) if we can't identify our weaknesses, fix them, and get better? I don't mind if the Capt debriefs me on things I could do better on, as long as it's constructive...but mostly we don't have that kind of time to cover it all. The union should be the same way, and by and large I think the leaders do want constructive comments i.e. they beg for email, want lots at the hub turn meetings, etc. I'd like to see them send out a questionaire soliciting opinions on the top 5 or 10 issues facing the pilot force or what we want to see in the next contract.
