Can you name one good reason to come here?

Even if we get the ALPA ask in the next 7 days. Not saying it's going to happen but lets say they give in completely to the ALPA ask and we sign that contract today. 320/hr top CA pay plus the (weak) reserve improvement and work rule changes, PBS, etc.

Why come to Alaska even then, when you can go to Delta, United, and American and make more money with their new contracts? Is one really going to pretend a new contract would change that? A new contract would change the attrition line. Right now there's guys around the 8-10 yr mark considering leaving. A new contract would most likely make those above 5 yrs stay here. You will never stop the attrition of < 5 yr guys who chase the big stuff at the bigger 3 airlines, irrespective of the contract. Whatever contract we get, the big 3 will one-up us.
