Didn't we already vote in a 5% pay increase with two profitable quarters?? So your basis point should be moved to $297.38 (283.22*1.05). Therefore, its 9.2% by 2024 that is proposed, not 14.66%. Kirby himself said there's not enough pilots, let's actually get what we deserve and not fall for fear such as recession, monkey pox, ______.
United Airlines CEO Scott Kirby told investors during an earnings call in April that the shortage could last for years.
