15 days off vs 12 duty periods is huge. Being able to drop/swap/pickup days is also huge. Reserve doesn't get much more complicated than that.

Southwest doesn’t have LC rsv. That’s huge.
Second, the sliver needs to die. SWA is same as us. RAP at 1100? Get a trip assigned day before that reports at 3pm. Sliver at 1100 still stands. You are still responsible at 1100 just in case something changed and now your 3pm trip is gone. And they want you at 1100 for something new.
No aggressive pickup on rsv at Southwest.
As I said, days off is the only good thing on reserve.
I’d like to see meaningful changes to reserves.

I was reserve on the Airbus CA my entire time. I have also been on reserve on the Boeing. I know reserve here, lived it for several years of it. And probably will again.
