Section 3 is black and white. Easy to judge contract on rates and from what I've seen, United set the bar really low.
There are many more important things in a CBA other than pay rates. If the pay rates are a little less than expected, just maybe we made gains in other areas!!! The pay rate people need to stop being so myopic!!!
