I heard ERJ chief is teaching the FPT now. I'm going to stop by at the Training Center to get some info soon. My buddies from October 2021 class are called back, but not the entire class. Training department also started a volunteer ready pool for those from later classes to fill in spots for unavailable folks. If someone doesn't make it back on time, say from the October class, training folks will use the ready pool and bring in folks from later classes. I know one guy from late November 2021 also got called back so he could be filling in from the ready pool.
Smart they started that pool. It’s a shame the backlog continues to grow as it has. Every month the footprint seems to grow a month. The larger January class will probably not be finished this year if things don’t change in a hurry.
