Plentyyyy of leverage without actually needing to strike. Doubly so in this unprecedented hiring environment.
I think the Atlas union was helping guys with apps to other carriers during the lengthy negotiations there. At this point in time, pilots are critical resources for the growth and sustainment plans for any airline. Alaska is in big trouble if they can’t retain their people.
