Do I walk his application in personally to my CPO? I really have no idea and am curious to learn.

So . . . any recent new hires with advice on how to help this young man get his application looked at?

Thanks.
I’d probably have them sign up for a professional App review to know what their weaknesses are, hire Cage for their interview prep too. If they are well qualified but have a ding on their record the CP M&G is a great way to help them get over the hump and get the call. I went to set one up for a buddy, told it was a 5 mo wait to get in, may be better or worse now? Buddy ended up getting the call before we were scheduled to go in. He’s currently at a regional former Mil retired from staff getting the 121 stamp … got the 200 hrs proficiency and a call shortly after.
