Ah no, I was not comparing our contract to SWA, in almost every way it is superior. I was refuting the every FO over there is making 280k with 20 days off.
Real numbers I have seen are
16.7 days off and 217k average for FO’s at SWA and an 11 year upgrade 😱 AS numbers are 166k and 14.3 days off and a 4.5 year upgrade. That is a totally unacceptable spread but it is a far cry from 20 days off and 280k.
Are some FO’s making 280+ at SWA, absolutely… most not with anywhere near 20 off, some dropping to 0 and only picking up are.
