I didn’t get a say on the inputs regarding the forthcoming TA. It was polled for desires, priorities, work rules Et al. allegedly just prior to my arrival. Matters not so it seems.

I’m surprised. Regardless of whether you want it or not I cannot believe we wouldn’t take a poll on this.

Based on this, if the TA is voted down, do we then solicit pilot feedback for the next attempt or do we just bank on MEC leadership doing what they “think” The pilot group wants?
