They take 2 (or more) snapshots of your application to compare the changes on interview day. Be prepared to explain why you made those changes.
I forgot a 141 stage check failure on mine and caught it the night before the
interview while tabbing up my logbook. Within the first five minutes I fessed up to missing it. No idea if they caught it or not. They asked what caused it and how I fixed it. Had me manually add it to the record later. Got a CJO.
