FOs can make anywhere from $6k to almost $15k, inclusive of per diem, in a month. The $6k is basically guarantee with per diem. You'd need to either work a lot or work the system to hit that $15k number, but it's not impossible. About 80 hours for pay is probably average with the current incentive pay (150% for unrostered flying and everything over 60 hours credit) and that can usually be done with only 50-55 hours of block time.
