I couldn’t care less which way this goes but, ISS is the largest proxy advisory board in the US and globally. So they probably did their due-diligence, and carry credibility in their published opinions.
Certainly more credibility that Ted and Bendo in this deal which is basically zero. Its obvious that the BoD is in the Tank for Frontier, and the Board still can't figure out any compelling reason to reject a cash deal other than some specious claim that the DOJ cares about the merger of the like 7th and 8th largest airlines.
