For sims: only if any portion your training is done outside ATL, and only for that portion.
once sims is complete you will move on to NH observation and OE. While unfortunately you will still be getting NH pay, you will get per diem for these
And NH is 1 week of indoc and 4 weeks of sims. If it takes 12 weeks, you will be spending quite a bit of that at home.
