For clarity, unless it’s changed, you can get 100% of the GA state taxes back by filing a nonresident tax return with GA. I know, its BS, but you will get that money back.
I got less than 20% back
the only people I knew who got the money back were people who lived in states with income taxes and had an agreement with the state of GA. As a resident of a no income tax state, I was on the hook for paying GA taxes on all the money I made on NH pay.
