If you agreed to the ATP-CTP agreement, then just that. You can take the $10K sign-on bonus after completion of OE, pay back the ATP-CTP agreement (which
was $2,850 but I've heard is now up to $3,250, someone else can confirm that), keep the rest, and walk.
