As many folks argued this would never happen with a line of applicants around the building or at least why should it, dropping the degree requirement is inevitable regardless of any reasoning it was only a matter of time in this environment. All minimums in some fashion have dropped this past decade at every outfit at some point or another. Maybe not gone tomorrow but the future is wide open and many outfits are ramping up their contracts or will be fairly soon. “Remain in line” is a very good assessment and very telling.
