My advice, donor stress about timeline from submission to invite. They will send you a invite when they deemed that you are competitive.
Update once a week. Score a CP M&G. Meet with United at a job fair. Get some internal LORs.
I had my app in since 2018, I took the hogan last month.
Totally agree that there are lots of factors in play and I also assume that availability timing could be a factor as well, but I could be wrong.
As for me, I’m a little over 1520 TT with the vast majority being multi-engine fighter time/turbine PIC and a good chunk of instructor time. Also have 6 internal LORs for UAL.
No CP M&Gs to show for, but also not totally sure how to go about securing one of those.
