at 40% I can hold all europe 3 days with the exception of Rome and Prague. All the layovers are awesome in their own way. The least popular trips seem to be 2 day west coast/Mexico uncommutables. But as someone who lives an hour and 20 minutes away from Kennedy those wouldn’t bother me. Also not as popular is Africa and some of the 4 day in and out of atlanta shuttle type stuff but there isn’t too much of that. Europe is all 767 with the exception of Keflavik is 757. Some of the west coast and much of the atlanta shuttle stuff is 757. NYC has the best ER flying in the system by far, and it should be the last base to go away.

Also to note, your reserve call out is “2ish hours” (nothing set in stone but kind of a handshake understanding) to the CLOSEST nyc airport to you, regardless of whether your fleet does any flying out of that base. So if you’re on short call and they tell you that they want you to be at Kennedy in two hours you can say “I can get to Newark a lot faster but Kennedy I’ll do my best and let you know”.

Please trust me and sprint to the ER. It’s an entirely different airline. I didn’t understand what guys meant until I actually got on the fleet.
