Compared to AS:
352 hired YTD about 84 quit, 21 retired = 105 gone. About 3350 on the total list.

Yep. Both airlines seem to be transitioning from career destinations to stepping stone status. And with future Big Three retirements it will only get worse.without industry leading NB contracts, AS, B6, NK, and F9 will wind up as finishing schools for legions of FOs eventually going elsewhere.
