As stated previously, guys who have already finished ground school are sitting at home waiting for sim. Most will be waiting for 5 weeks and since they are being paid the entire time, PSA has slowed down interviewing and ground school significantly (due to upgrades). It sucks, I know, but if you meet the minimums, be patient
