Also, NK employees have zero to do with how the shareholder vote goes on Friday, minus the votes of a de minimis amount of shares of shareholding employees (whom he’s addressed in his other comms). NK employees and their feelings about the love triangle are also irrelevant to how either deal will go down. Seems a bit more plausible that his message is not designed to create strife, but rather to open the minds of those who are not happy about the idea that B6 is acquiring them. Some NK employees listen to Ted as if what he says is gospel, and he’s hoping to provide words from the other side. That said, there are obviously people who don’t want to listen to anything other than what lord Franke and lord Ted have to say.
