Right now SKW has a glut of extra pilots, and there are even rumors of furloughs being thrown around (doubtful but not impossible). The uncertainty of the Delta situation and the merger talks fuels the speculation. Bottom line we have had cutbacks in our Delta flying at a time when it normally increases, so coming online right now with the company is a little uncertain. We have deliveries coming, but what we really need is more opportunity for growth outside of the Delta market so that things can get a little more stable. There are all sorts of rumors about different opportunities to pick up more code share partners but don't count on anything until the airplanes are on the ramp with a shiny new paint job.
