Hayes has even said publicly that they need to pay pilots more to help with attrition as the legacies enter into new contacts.
Also remember those Thomas Cook airplanes had ~220 seats and JB was going to fly them around configured that way. I wouldn’t be surprised if the post merge JB/NK A321 HD config was 220ish seats
