this isnt true at all. They will and have ALWAYS dragged out negotiations. Sure they’ll pretend to engage and want to get it done but inevitably we’ll get the “significant differences remain” while they cry about the cost of the merger. As far as I’m concerned they can drag it out as long as they want. Nobody should settle on anything that doesn’t provide significant financial and QOL GAINS….
