Unlike lots of other airlines, hiring-the process involved, training-the process involved and seniority both base and overall are rarely if ever talked about. Seniority is published twice a year. Base seniority never. Lots of wild guesses sold as facts here but that is the stone truth…The only accurate report on class dates, number and number of pilots in a class will be available 90 days after it happened. 23 years in and it has never changed…..
