If the list exists then show it don’t keep everyone in the dark. Nobody will have faith in program if there isn’t more transparency. Also the bachelors degree requirement shouldn’t be required. That’s only going to restrict more people from flowing over and deciding to go elsewhere instead of waiting for United.
I get your frustration. I wish the list was public as well, but I'm betting there are reasons why they don't make it openly available. I think the program has made it infinitely easier to get to United, but I suppose you can't keep everyone happy. If Aviate isn't for you, then it isn't for you. If the Aviate pipeline starts losing candidates, then perhaps the company will adjust accordingly.
