Im not advocating, and im in the retro camp, but it’s an honest question.
I don't see pilots entertaining a pay cut in real dollars. I would argue that the company has been getting pilot labor at a discount since January 1, 2020 and that discount is increasing by at least 8.6% YoY -- probably more considering what CPI excludes.
