I don't see pilots entertaining a pay cut in real dollars. I would argue that the company has been getting pilot labor at a discount since January 1, 2020 and that discount is increasing by at least 8.6% YoY -- probably more considering what CPI excludes.

We are saving money across the board on labor costs. What he saved offloading VEOPs, he is more than making up for now. We should get a healthy raise, QOL improvements, and retirement increases. Pay scales/per diem tied to inflation. That would make sense.
