We've got our own contingent of dudes taking the lanyard off because they are frustrated with some of the union leadership or recent events. The problem is there are only TWO sides to take. You either support the union and push for the policies and/or changes you want to see or you support the company. There is no other option, and simply choosing not to openly support your pilot union is as good as cheerleading the company's side/position.
