I’m not a labor law expert but isn’t it kind of out of bounds for C.E.O Robert Isom to address contract matters/negotiations DIRECTLY WITH THE PILOT GROUP, (via video presentation on aapilots.com), instead of keeping those discussions where they belong, - “at the bargaining table”, with our duly elected union representatives,…… (and legal counsel)????

In effect, it appears to me that Isom is circumventing labor law, by appealing directly to the entire members of the union, without consent and/or counsel of the labor union leaders and lawyers.

At a minimum, this seems inappropriate. At its worse, it might be illegal.
