Not withstanding the longer time of reserve which is a life-drainer as a commuter, EWR 756 junior lines are often built to min days off lately to around the 2017-hire mark. Conversely, the trips on the 737/320 tend to be more productive, so depending on your relative seniority, you have a much better QoL sooner for the same credit or have the option to bid more days off when your seniority improves.

As I said before, usually the only people in the NH classes “forced” into WBs or the 756, when they are offered, are at the younger-side, so if you’re older than the bottom 30%-ish of your class, you will likely have the option.
