That’s what rubs me wrong about LOA 17. The MEC claimed that LOA 17 met the pilot group’s expectations from the surveys they collected right after the failure of LOA 13.
As if the pilot group voted NO to a 2% raise but then responded on the survey that 3% was the sweet spot? That doesn’t pass the sniff test. Not buying it.
