Default Commuting new hire NYC7ER vs NYC765

Hey all,

How far off am I on the following pro/con lists for a commuter (MCO to NYC)?

NYC7ER Pros:
Relative seniority - can hold a line within 18-24 months.
Possible domestic layovers at home airport.

NYC7ER Cons:
Multi-leg days.
Non-commutable trips.
Less pay than 765.

NYC765 Pros:
Pay about 13% more.
Commutable start and end times.

NYC765 Cons:
Seniority - 3-5+ years of weekend reserve.

Seems like commuting to 765 as a new hire is pretty poor QOL for not that much more pay. Am i under/over estimating the reality of anything on this list?

TIA!
