Well, you'll be on reserve on both for a bit (obviously longer on the 765). The trips and reports and layovers should be better on the 765. If you don't like the 765,I THINK you and bid down to the 7ER in 8 months with no training. Other peeps can verify this. So, kinda a no lose proposition. IMO
unfortunately I don’t think that is correct. A NH would have a 2 year seat lock on the 765, if they down bid to the ER the new seat lock incurred would only be 9 months.
