If you are a low time pilot that is "lucky" enough to get hired this year, ask yourself how will you feel a year from now when you only added 200 to 300 hours to your logbook, while the "unlucky" pilot that did not get hired builds time faster, probably got paid better, and slept in his/her house every night.
Just something to consider.
But I don't want to sleep in my own bed at night, thats why I like this job! I don't think I will be on reserve for too long since I can actually hold a build up line right now and I am just about to get off IOE. Anyone behind me though, I see where you're coming from!
