Single type, single class, point to point network. That's what people write business books about and other airlines attempt to copy, not our VPs who let us run out of coffee cups or deicing fluid or sim instructors.
And who has maintained that business model at the expense of all the glaring issues you speak of? I’m not celebrating them, but it’s the truth. There is plenty they should have seen coming tho, like sim instructors needing 6-9 months to get spooled up and industry lagging instructor pay…pretty funny that we just learned who was swimming naked!
