Finally starting to get some traction with B6 and the interview process. After waiting awhile I got the email for the phone screening and shortly there after (about a week) the flight history addendum. I’ve got a checkride failure to put down but I just had a question about one of the instructions. It says “be sure to include any applicable dates or supporting documentation.” More specifically the supporting documentation. Has anyone actually supplied documentation for a failure or is a simple explanation enough to suffice?
