Not the fact that top step CA’s haven’t had a raise in almost 3 years or we still haven’t gotten scope or that our schedules are pathetic for commuters? The 3rd step, telling…
Trying to think which of the 26 logical fallacies this is. Let’s go with Non sequitur argument.
echelon and Minrest are correct. They understood exactly where I’m coming from. 3rd step was agreed to years ago and the problem has been funding and implementing it. We’ve heard numerous excuses but bottom line, there is still no 3rd step. Writing off what I wrote by saying “really? You care about 3rd step and not (insert general lack of new contract stuff)” misses the point.
Even the ALPA proposal has things that will be mutually agreeable on in the future (like PBS implementation). 3rd step and its implementation should give a heads up about how things may go in the future. So yes, I’m asking about 3rd step. And I can ask that without having to bring up the subjects you brought up, all of which have to be contractually negotiated gains. 3rd step isn’t in that stage, that was already done. It just hasn’t been implemented.
