Truth is….if and when a TA is produced, it will be missing strong, direct language that speaks to company past behaviors. It will be missing pointed, sharp and expensive remedies that address each and every section of the contract and each and every implementation schedule contained within it. No matter the content of the TA these items are worth a strong no vote on their own
