You can definitely apply and see what happens. They do seem to be wanting people with some TPIC, or having at least began the upgrade process at their regional. That said, I know of a few regional FOs who got on on without any TPIC, but that’s been the exception rather than the norm. If you do get an interview, just really highlight the fact you want the PNW and you should be just fine.

I’m a current regional FO with >2,000 and no failed check rides, does anyone know if there’s an appetite for hiring someone like me at Alaska? If so, are there good practices in getting my application noticed (outside of actually applying online and going to industry group events like WIA and NGPA)?
I know there’s a bit of frustration with pay negotiations and QOL at Alaska currently but my family and I need to relocate and it seems like the best move for our particular situation
