I’m a current regional FO with >2,000 and no failed check rides, does anyone know if there’s an appetite for hiring someone like me at Alaska? If so, are there good practices in getting my application noticed (outside of actually applying online and going to industry group events like WIA and NGPA)?
I know there’s a bit of frustration with pay negotiations and QOL at Alaska currently but my family and I need to relocate and it seems like the best move for our particular situation
At your experience level, to get hired, you have to fill a need in the HR department. Ordinary line pilots who dont fill a need require more time and usually are line captains
